Scott Doyle is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, he represents multifamily owners, developers, and operators throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He oversees the development and execution of multifamily investment sales assignments and focuses on expanding market share across core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic assets. He specializes in middle-market and private client relationships.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Doyle served as a managing director at Seaport Global Securities, an independent investment bank providing capital markets advisory, sales, trading, and research services. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at KLR Group and Pritchard Capital Partners.

Doyle earned a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
