Stephanie Pratt

Stephanie Pratt is a senior vice president of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Pratt leads the firm’s small loan closing department and oversees the execution and closing of small-balance transactions nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Pratt worked in closing at Berkeley Point Capital and Newmark Knight Frank. Before that, she began her career as a closing analyst at Greystone Servicing Corporation. She joined Walker & Dunlop in 2019 as an assistant vice president to build the firm’s small-balance loan closing team and has since grown the platform from approximately 40 closed loans annually to more than 227 loans closed in 2022.

Pratt earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice and family science and a master’s degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland. Outside of Walker & Dunlop, she represents the firm through WWIRE and serves on the organization’s Wonder Woman committee. She is also a member of RENEW and the CRE Finance Council Women’s Network.
