Tristan Freshly is a vice president of investment sales and director of market intelligence at Walker & Dunlop, based in Columbus, Ohio. In his role, he leads the Market Intelligence Group, delivering data-driven insights that inform investment strategies, underwriting, and market positioning across the U.S. rental housing sector. His team analyzes capital flows, valuation trends, and underwriting benchmarks across Walker & Dunlop’s capital markets platform. In addition, Mr. Freshly contributes on strategic portfolio assignments and supports billions in direct multifamily advisory engagements. He has developed proprietary analytics tools, revamped firmwide valuation models, and authored market commentary that strengthens the firm's thought leadership and client engagement efforts.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Freshly held roles at Lument and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Freshly earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Otterbein University and holds an active Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License.
