Tristan Freshly is a vice president of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, he serves as director of market intelligence and leads the firm’s Market Intelligence Group, delivering data-driven insights that inform investment strategies, underwriting, and market positioning across the United States rental housing sector. His team analyzes capital flows, valuation trends, and underwriting benchmarks across Walker & Dunlop’s capital markets platform. He also contributes to strategic portfolio assignments and supports billions of dollars in multifamily advisory engagements. Freshly has developed proprietary analytics tools, enhanced firmwide valuation models, and authored market commentary that supports client engagement and investment decision-making.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Freshly held roles at Lument and Goldman Sachs.

Freshly earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Otterbein University and holds an active Ohio real estate salesperson license.
