Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged $151.9 million in Fannie Mae financing to refinance Edge Apartments, a 534-unit multifamily community in Bayonne, New Jersey.
Led by Allan Edelson and Joe Tarantino, the team arranged the transaction on behalf of Cypress Equity Investments, with Fannie Mae providing the capital. The financing includes a $104 million loan for Edge Avenue G and a $47.9 million loan for Edge Avenue F, supporting this transit-oriented asset along New Jersey’s Gold Coast.
