Walker & Dunlop Affordable Housing recently arranged a $10.9 million HUD 223(f) refinance for Hampshire Gardens, a 110-unit affordable housing community serving low-income seniors in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Led by Rob Rotach and Chad Blessed, the team arranged the HUD financing on behalf of Victory Housing. The transaction received a firm commitment in just 39 calendar days and will support more than $23,000 per unit in property improvements while preserving the community’s long-term affordability.
Built in 2004 and acquired by Victory Housing in 2023, the property is an existing 100% LIHTC community that provides affordable housing for senior residents in Montgomery County.
