Chad Blessed
Director
Chad Blessed is a director of affordable production at Walker & Dunlop, based in Bethesda, Maryland. In his role, he specializes in originating, structuring, underwriting, and closing multifamily and healthcare commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Blessed brings more than 15 years of extensive experience with affordable housing finance, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and subsidized assets, as well as experience utilizing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development financing solutions.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Blessed worked at Krooth & Altman as a paralegal, representing commercial mortgage lenders in complex real estate finance transactions.
Mr. Blessed earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Radford University. He also has a Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) designation and a LEAN designation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
