Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged a $79 million loan to refinance The Jewel at Santa Rosa Beach, a 408-unit Class A multifamily community in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
Led by Jeremy Pino, Livingston Hessam, Carl Passmore, and Kyle Miller, along with Keith Melton and David Strange of FHA Finance, the team arranged the interest-only, non-recourse bridge financing on behalf of Bristol Development Group, with an institutional debt fund providing the loan.
