Keith Melton
Senior Managing Director
Keith Melton is a senior managing director of FHA Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Franklin, Tennessee. In his role, he is responsible for multifamily and healthcare loan originations, primarily utilizing FHA financing. Mr. Melton has more than 22 years of industry experience and has financed over $6 billion, with a focus on the multifamily sector.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Melton was an FHA originator with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage Inc., where he originated loans under all FHA programs during his seven-year tenure. Before that, he worked as a commercial lender for 12 years at Fifth Third Bank and First American National Bank.
Mr. Melton earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Welch College and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
