Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged a $53.7 million loan to refinance OnShore, a 636-bed Class A student housing community in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Led by Will Baker, Mike Shropshire, William Shell, and Doug McDaniel, the team arranged the seven-year, floating-rate financing with a four-year interest-only period on behalf of L3 Campus and Aureon Partners, with Freddie Mac providing the loan. Austin Kinn of TSB Capital Advisors consulted on the transaction on behalf of the borrower.
