Rob Rotach and Chad Blessed arranged the construction and permanent financing through HUD’s 221(d)(4) Substantial Rehabilitation loan program in August 2024. The financing supported more than $80,000 per unit in renovations, helping preserve long-term affordability for residents and the broader community. The property is now fully renovated.
