About W&D+
W&D+ is an Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ+ employees. The group aims to allow W&D employees and their allies to feel valued, connected, and safe as their true selves, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. The group offers personal and professional development opportunities, advocates for progressive and inclusive policies and programs, and creates spaces to build community among colleagues.
