about Aaron Hargrove

Aaron Hargrove is a Managing Director within Walker & Dunlop's Affordable Housing Platform. Based in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Mr. Hargrove specializes in Section 42 and Section 8 sales nationwide. Over his nearly 30-year career in real estate, Mr. Hargrove has brokered more than $6 billion in multifamily transactions and $3 billion in the previous half-decade.

Aaron joined Walker & Dunlop from Greystone as Managing Director of Affordable Investment Sales. Prior to Greystone, Aaron was a Partner with Berkadia, where he was an associate director focused on multifamily brokerage, research, and capital services. Mr. Hargrove has experience in affordable housing transactions involving 4% and 9% Section 42 LIHTC Acquisition Rehab and New Construction, Y-15 Section 42 LIHTC, HUD Financed and Project Based Section 8, USDA Rural Development Sections 515 & 538, as well as General Partnership Interest Sales.
