Aaron Hargrove is a managing director of Affordable Housing | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Stillwater, Oklahoma. In this role, Hargrove specializes in Section 42 and Section 8 sales nationwide. He has over 30 years of real estate experience and has brokered more than $9 billion in multifamily transactions, including more than $3 billion over the past five years.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hargrove served as a managing director at Greystone, where he led affordable investment sales. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Berkadia, where he focused on multifamily brokerage, research, and capital markets advisory. His experience includes affordable housing transactions involving 4% and 9% Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction, as well as Section 8, USDA Rural Development Sections 515 and 538, and general partnership interest sales.

Hargrove earned a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.
