about Greg Krafcik

Greg Krafcik, managing director, joined Walker & Dunlop in December 2017 and is based in the Atlanta, Georgia office. Mr. Krafcik is responsible for structuring debt and equity opportunities for all property types nationwide.

Mr. Krafcik has completed over $4 billion in loan originations utilizing balance sheet, CMBS, and agency capital sources. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Krafcik served as a managing director at Greystone & Company, where he was head of CMBS originations for the southeast region. Before Greystone & Co., Mr. Krafcik served as a director at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company (PMCC), where he was head of originations for the southeast for all of PMCC’s capital sources. Mr. Krafcik began his career at Accenture and ProLogis.

Mr. Krafcik earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University.

Beyond the company, Mr. Krafcik is a member of Urban Land Institute, Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Club, and Kellogg Atlanta Alumni Club. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, golf, and basketball and spending time with his family.
