Harvey Pava, Managing Director, joined Walker & Dunlop in 2017 and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is responsible for financing commercial real estate properties nationwide, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial assets. Since joining the company, Mr. Pava has advised and provided financing for an extensive list of both institutional and non-institutional clients, including family offices, private equity funds, and privately held investment companies.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he served as a Senior Vice President for Deerwood Real Estate Capital, where he began his career in 2013. Throughout his career, Mr. Pava has completed transactions with dozens of unique capital sources, with loan sizes ranging from $2 million to $400 million. To date, he has completed over $2 billion in commercial financings throughout the United States.

Mr. Pava graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
