Based in Denver, Colorado, Jake Young is a Senior Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales. Mr. Young is responsible for the marketing and sales of multifamily assets in Denver and the Mountain West markets.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Young was a First Vice President with CBRE’s Multifamily Brokerage Services team, where he was responsible for multifamily investment sales throughout Colorado. Mr. Young has been in the industry for over ten years and has executed more than $8 billion in transaction volume over the course of his career. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Young was an Associate Director specializing in multifamily sales and debt in HFF’s Denver office. Before that, Mr. Young was a Senior Real Estate Analyst with CBRE and an Associate Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors, LLC.

Mr. Young graduated from California State University – Long Beach’s College of Business with an emphasis in Finance and Economics.
