Maggie McFarland
Associate Director
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Maggie McFarland is an Associate Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales. Ms. McFarland is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily assets, with a focus on the New England Region. Throughout her career, she has been involved in over $5 billion worth of property sales and capitalizations. Additionally, Ms. McFarland is a part of Walker & Dunlop’s Market Intelligence Group which generates and oversees the firm’s capital markets research and market intel publications.
Ms. McFarland joined Walker & Dunlop in June of 2018 upon graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in real estate finance from Miami’s Herbert Business School. Beyond the company, Ms. McFarland is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts, and is actively a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Boston, REFA (Real Estate Finance Association), and ULI (Urban Land Institute).
