Telly Fathaly, Managing Director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in October 2017. With over 20 years of industry experience, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily assets in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. Since 2013, Mr. Fathaly has been involved in over $4 billion of multifamily sales, capitalizations, acquisitions, and new developments.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Fathaly served as a senior director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance practice where he specialized in delivering multifamily finance solutions to clients across the Southeastern United States. Before joining Cushman and Wakefield, Mr. Fathaly served as a principal at FT Realty Capital in Atlanta, where he provided equity formation services for commercial real estate operators and developers throughout the Southeast and Texas in a variety of product types.

Earlier in his career, before founding FT Realty Capital, Mr. Fathaly was a vice president at Atlanta’s Sterling Real Estate Capital and served in acquisition roles for International Capital Partners and Montecito Investments.

Mr. Fathaly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.
