Brad Annis
Senior Director, FHA Finance
Brad Annis is a senior director of FHA finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Indiana. In his role, he is responsible for all aspects of financing, including structuring, origination, and management of loans through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), with a focus on healthcare and senior housing.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Annis was a director and deputy chief underwriter at Capital One. During his tenure at Capital One, Mr. Annis led the healthcare underwriting team for UW and processed loans under the HUD Section 232 program. While at Capital One, Mr. Annis underwrote, oversaw, and closed more than $1 billion of healthcare transactions.
Mr. Annis earned his bachelor’s degree in science in exercise science from Ball State University and his master’s degree in business with a concentration in corporate finance and management from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.
