Cole Parker is a senior director of FHA Finance | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, Parker oversees all aspects of financing, including structuring, origination, and deal management for HUD and agency transactions nationwide. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2017, he has specialized in HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loan programs and, alongside his team, has closed more than $4 billion in loan volume. He has experience across acquisition, refinance, rehabilitation, and construction financing for multifamily housing nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Parker served as a consultant in global professional services and as a client operations manager at Eagle Investment Systems, where he focused on client management and operational support for institutional investment platforms. Earlier in his career, he worked at State Street as a senior fund accountant and mutual fund accountant and owned and managed Parker Painting Co., overseeing operations, estimating, accounting, and project management for the business.

Parker earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
