Jason Silva is a senior director of FHA Finance | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, he is responsible for originating new FHA business through new and existing borrower relationships. Since 2013, he has participated in the origination and closing of more than $4.2 billion in transaction volume, primarily through HUD-insured programs. His experience includes acquisition, refinance, rehabilitation, and new construction financing for affordable and market-rate multifamily and healthcare properties nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Silva served as a treasury accountant at CW Financial Services, where his accounting experience supported his transition into commercial mortgage underwriting.

Silva earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University. He also earned a certificate in real estate finance from Boston University and completed the Mortgage Bankers Association’s FHA Multifamily Underwriting Training Program.
