Jeremy Seid is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he is responsible for multifamily loan originations. Over the past 16 years, he has been involved in more than 600 transactions totaling more than $19 billion in financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other capital sources.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Seid was a securitization analyst for JPMorgan Chase.
Seid earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. Outside the company, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, coaching his daughter, Emma, in softball, and watching University of Georgia football games with his son, Jacob.
