Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged $77.8 million in total financing to refinance OLiVE DTLA, a 293-unit mid-rise multifamily community in Downtown Los Angeles.
Led by Allan Edelson, Jeremy Seid, Joe Tarantino, Justin Nelson, and Eric Norris, the team arranged a $66 million refinancing through Fannie Mae. Additionally, they secured $11.8 million in preferred equity from Tokyu Land US Corporation, with the origination led by Ariel Mark, to execute a cash-neutral refinancing. The team also arranged both the loan and preferred equity on behalf of Waterton, led by Steve Carlson.
