Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged a $56.7 million loan to refinance Urbon at Nona Apartments, a 360-unit garden-style multifamily community in Orlando, Florida.
Led by Allan Edelson, James Murphy, Jeremy Seid, Joe Tarantino, and George Ferrer, the team arranged the Fannie Mae financing on behalf of Cornerstone Group.
Constructed in 2022, the property is located in Orlando’s rapidly growing Moss Lake Nona submarket and features modern amenities including a resort-style pool, coworking spaces, pickleball courts, and walking trails surrounding a 12-acre lake.
