Macy Kisilinsky
Senior Managing Director, Affordable Equity
Macy Kisilinsky is a Senior Managing Director at Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. In his role, he is responsible for the acquisition of LIHTC properties in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Mid-West Regions. Bringing over 20 years of tax credit experience to Alliant, Mr. Kisilinsky has worked as an originator with the National Equity Fund, PNC Bank, Alliant Capital, and now Walker & Dunlop. Over his career, Mr. Kisilinsky has closed more than $1 billion in LIHTC investments, which has created over 2,000 units of critically needed affordable housing.
Prior to working as a tax credit originator, Mr. Kisilinsky was Assistant Director of Special Projects at the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, where he focused on Public Housing HOPE VI and Mixed-Financed tax credit transactions.
Mr. Kisilinsky earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and education from the University of Pittsburgh.
