Mike Valucci is a senior director of FHA Finance | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Pennsylvania. In this role, Valucci is responsible for structuring, originating, and managing HUD and agency financing transactions nationwide. Since joining Walker & Dunlop’s FHA origination team in 2020, he has specialized in HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loan programs and has participated in the origination and underwriting of more than $1 billion in transactions, including acquisitions, refinances, rehabilitations, and construction financings for multifamily housing.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Valucci served as a leasing associate at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he negotiated triple-net and modified gross leases for tenants and landlords throughout the Philadelphia market.

Valucci earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in real estate finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Saint Joseph’s University Real Estate and Construction Alumni chapter.
