Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged $55 million in total construction financing for two buildings in Phase I of Belle Oaks Marketplace, a mixed-use redevelopment located in Richmond Heights, Ohio.
Led by Ryan Parker, Greg Richardson, Scott Watson, and Sean Skelton, CCIM the loan was arrangedon behalf of Sterling McGregor and David Frank of DealPoint Merrill. The floating-rate, interest-only construction loans were provided by Patrick Rye of Genesis Capital LLC.
