Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets recently closed recapitalization for the conversion of the 111 Ann Street loft/apartments (located in Savannah’s Historical District) into the Margaritaville Hotel Savannah, a 230-key, all-suite lifestyle hotel.
The transaction, led by Keith Kurland, Jonathan Morrow, and Michael Brown, was arranged on behalf of Tidal Real Estate Partners, LP.
