We are pleased to share that Walker & Dunlop Affordable arranged $12,598,740 in LIHTC equity and provided a $6.35 million permanent loan commitment for Melrose Concourse, a 9% LIHTC scattered-site affordable housing development located in the Bronx, NY on behalf of Settlement Housing Fund and Beechwood Construction Inc.
The project will deliver 72 affordable units across three residential buildings for families and seniors, with several units reserved for seniors 55+ and formerly homeless residents.
