Richie Davis is a senior director of FHA Finance | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, Davis is responsible for structuring, originating, and managing HUD and agency financing transactions nationwide. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2014, he has specialized in HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loan programs and has participated in the origination and underwriting of more than $2 billion in transactions. His experience includes acquisitions, refinances, rehabilitations, and construction financings for multifamily housing and healthcare facilities nationwide.

Prior to his current role, Davis advanced through multiple production and underwriting positions within Walker & Dunlop’s FHA finance platform, including director, associate director, senior analyst, production analyst, and underwriting intern. Before that, he worked as a guest services associate at Towne Park.

Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in management and business from Skidmore College and a master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
