Director
Richie Davis is a director of FHA Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Bethesda, Maryland. In his role, he is responsible for all aspects of financing, including structuring, origination and deal management for HUD and agency transactions.
Mr. Davis joined Walker & Dunlop’s FHA underwriting department in 2014 and transitioned into a production role within the HUD group shortly after. He specializes primarily in the loan programs of HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Throughout his career, Mr. Davis has participated in the origination and underwriting of more than $2 billion in transactions, primarily through FHA- and HUD-insured programs. He has experience in a wide range of transaction types, including the acquisition, refinance, rehabilitation and construction of multifamily housing and healthcare facilities nationwide.
Mr. Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in management and business from Skidmore College and his master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
