Community members and project partners recently gathered to celebrate the ribbon cutting of The Tapestry Apartments at Roan Hill. This marks the official opening of a newly built 145-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit & Project-Based Rental Assistance apartment community in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Rob Rotach, Chad Blessed, Keith Melton, and David Strange arranged the HUD 221(d)(4) New Construction financing for the project. Developed by LHP Capital & Bristol Development Group, the community serves as replacement housing for Johnson Sevier Center residents and is designed for adults aged 62 and older, as well as individuals with disabilities.
