Chris Rumul is a senior managing director of FHA Finance | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, Rumul is responsible for originating new FHA business through new and existing borrower relationships nationwide. Throughout his career, he has originated and closed more than $5 billion in transactions through HUD, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae financing platforms.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Rumul served as a vice president in the FHA lending program at CW Capital LLC, where he advanced through several roles including analyst, underwriter trainee, and loan administrator. During his tenure, he managed a $1 billion loan portfolio and gained extensive experience in FHA underwriting and origination. Earlier in his career, he worked as a leasing representative and project manager at The Flatley Company, where he negotiated triple-net and modified gross leases with brokers and property owners.

Rumul earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bryant University and is an FHA MAP-approved underwriter.
