about Ryan Parker

With over seven years of industry experience, Ryan Parker, Associate Director, joined Walker & Dunlop in March 2017 and is located in the Irvine, California office. Since 2013, he has assisted in the origination of over $350 million in loans and specializes in debt and equity financing for multifamily, industrial, retail, and office properties.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Parker served as a vice president at George Smith Partners and began his career in real estate as an industrial sales and leasing broker at CBRE and Colliers International in Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Parker obtained his Bachelor of Science in real estate and finance from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Beyond the company, he enjoys horseback riding, golfing, and outdoor activities.
