Jonathan (Jay) Morrow is a senior managing director of Capital Markets and co-head of Hospitality Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, he co-leads the firm’s hospitality practice and is responsible for the origination and execution of hospitality investment sales and capital placement nationwide. He specializes in institutional-grade hotel and resort transactions throughout North America, including investment and brand advisory and capital placement across domestic and international capital sources.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Morrow spent more than 15 years at Hodges Ward Elliott, where he led the firm’s New York City office and completed more than $20 billion in lodging transactions.

Morrow earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Kennesaw State University, where he served as captain of the men’s baseball team.
