D. Mark Livingston is the senior vice president of Affordable Housing Equity Acquisitions at Walker & Dunlop, based in Ohio. In this role, he oversees affordable acquisitions, underwriting and syndication processes. He has extensive experience across the low-income housing tax credit industry, including investor relations, development, syndication, acquisitions and asset management.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Livingston served as senior vice president of asset management at Alliant, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2021.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Ohio State University, a master’s degree in taxation from the Golden Gate University Bruce F. Braden School of Taxation, and a juris doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
