about Steven Natale

Steven Natale, Senior Director, is responsible for originating market rate and affordable multifamily loans throughout the United States. Since joining Walker & Dunlop’s Multifamily Finance team in 2014, Mr. Natale has been directly involved in the origination of more than 60 loans with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac totaling in excess of $940 million.

Mr. Natale began his career at CWCapital in 2009 as a member of the asset management department and in 2011 was involved in the acquisition of Mortgage Servicing Rights on a $2.6 billion portfolio of performing multifamily loans. During his tenure at CWCapital, Mr. Natale also served as portfolio manager for a $1.5 billion loan pool of multifamily and commercial properties located nationwide with primary responsibilities of relationship management and portfolio retention.

Mr. Natale received his bachelor’s degree in corporate finance and accounting and a master’s degree in finance from Bentley University. Beyond the company, Mr. Natale is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
