David Strange is a senior managing director of FHA Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Franklin, Tennessee. In his role, he is responsible for financing income-producing commercial real estate assets across the country. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, the Nashville office has financed more than $6 billion, primarily focused on the multifamily sector utilizing FHA financing. Mr. Strange has over 20 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Strange was an FHA originator with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. Before that, Mr. Strange was a single-family originator with SunTrust Bank and also worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama and Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Strange earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of South Alabama and is a certified public accountant.
