Bell Works Fort Monmouth

Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Institutional Advisory recently arranged a $60 million bridge loan to refinance Bell Works Fort Monmouth, a 276,900-square-foot mixed-use office and retail campus located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.

Led by Dustin Stolly, Aaron Appel, Sean Reimer, Keith Kurland, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Ari Hirt, and Stanley Cayre, the team arranged the financing on behalf of a joint venture between Inspired by Somerset Development and H.I.G. Capital, and arranged the bridge loan provided by Hudson Bay Capital.
