Dustin Stolly

Dustin Stolly is a senior managing director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in New York. In his role, he leads efforts to provide comprehensive debt and equity financing solutions across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide. Bringing over 22 years of experience specializing in complex financing solutions, equity raises, and joint ventures, Mr. Stolly has executed more than $100 billion in transactions throughout his career and has been consistently ranked on Commercial Observer’s Power Finance 50 list.
Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Stolly served as Co-President of debt and structured finance at Newmark for 7 years. Prior to that, he was a managing director at JLL for 10 years.
Mr. Stolly earned his bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Cincinnati and was decorated as the top student in class. Mr. Stolly is a devoted father of 3 and an avid snowboarder.
