Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Institutional Advisory recently arranged $180 million in refinancing for Terrazul, a 22-story student housing community with 1,201 beds adjacent to Florida International University in Miami.
Led by Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, Sean Reimer, Michael Ianno, Michael Stepniewski, and Nicholas Gilhooley, the team arranged the loan from Corebridge Institutional on behalf of the joint venture between Adam America Real Estate and JW Capital Management.
