Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Institutional Advisory recently arranged $374.4 million in refinancing for Phase I of Williamsburg Wharf, a 3.75-acre master-planned waterfront development along Williamsburg’s iconic East River shoreline.
Led by Aaron Appel, Keith Kurland, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, Sean Reimer, Ari Hirt, and Stanley Cayre, the team arranged the financing on behalf of a joint venture between Naftali Group and Access Industries, with Barings and MassMutual providing the capital.
Since opening last summer, the development’s luxury rental offerings have surpassed 90% leased across over 500 apartments, underscoring strong demand for luxury rentals in one of Brooklyn's fastest-growing submarkets.
