Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Institutional Advisory recently arranged $128.5 million for the acquisition financing of The Arno, a 168-unit luxury residential community located in Houston’s River Oaks neighborhood.
Led by Sean Reimer, Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, and Sean Bastian, the team arranged the transaction on behalf of Sade Real Estate, and secured the financing with capital provided by global alternative asset manager Hudson Bay Capital.
