Sean Reimer

Sean Reimer is a senior managing director of Capital Markets and co-head of Institutional Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt and equity solutions across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide. He has more than 13 years of principal-side investment experience in debt and equity transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Reimer served as a principal at Square Mile Capital Management, where he led the firm’s highest-producing origination team. During his tenure, he originated more than $8 billion in debt and equity transactions, resulting in more than $2 billion of retained principal investments by the firm. His experience spans value-add bridge loans, construction loans, stabilized loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity across major U.S. markets. Before that, he served as a director in Cantor Fitzgerald’s CMBS lending group. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at RL Realty Partners and a senior financial analyst at CBRE.

Reimer earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan, graduating magna cum laude.
