Andrew Yaroma is a director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners | Debt at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing real estate debt and equity investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Yaroma held acquisitions and asset management roles at Black Creek Group, which is now Ares. Before that, he worked in investment sales at HFF, which was later acquired by JLL. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior associate at Ernst & Young, where he was a certified public accountant on the firm’s real estate assurance team.

Yaroma earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
