about Hirsch Simins

Hirsch Simins, Senior Director, joined Walker & Dunlop in January 2017 as part of the Deerwood Real Estate Capital acquisition. Mr. Simins is responsible for originating new loans for both multifamily and commercial transactions nationwide, and is based out of the Company’s Englewood Cliffs office. Mr. Simins has been successful in working with stabilized assets as well as properties undergoing repositioning across the country.

Mr. Simins graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey and resides with his wife and two children in Brooklyn, New York.

Mr. Simins is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey.
