Still Hunter III is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales throughout South Florida, where he advises institutional and private clients on complex transactions across the region. Over the course of his more than 27-year career in multifamily investment sales, he has closed nearly 100,000 units totaling approximately $18 billion in transaction volume.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hunter served as an executive vice president in CBRE’s Capital Markets group and co-led the firm’s South Florida multi-housing investment sales team. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and was named to the South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, as well as Real Estate Forum’s Top 35 Under 35 real estate professionals nationally. He frequently speaks at industry events and has served as a guest lecturer for the University of Miami’s master’s in real estate program.
Hunter earned a bachelor’s degree with dual majors in business administration and Spanish from Rhodes College. He resides in Florida and is active in community and industry events.
